These conditions govern participation in the Predicate Drift Diagnostic™ and any work that may follow.

They are not negotiable.
They exist to protect signal integrity, authority clarity, and structural precision.

1. Mandatory Entry Condition

No leadership work proceeds without a shared interpretive baseline.

The Predicate Drift Diagnostic™ establishes:

where drift originates
how severe it has become
whether resolution is structurally possible

Any intervention attempted without this determination risks:

addressing symptoms instead of causes
reinforcing the wrong leadership posture
compounding drift through well-intended action

The diagnostic is not preparatory.
It is the entry gate.

2. Scope Definition

This system is not coaching, consulting, therapy, or advisory work.

Those modalities:

motivate
reframe
support execution

This diagnostic:

identifies structural drift
maps interpretive failure points
establishes decision and identity constraints

It does not encourage.
It does not guide behavior.
It does not provide answers.

It produces orientation, not support.

3. Authority Assumption

The Predicate Drift Diagnostic™ is CEO-only by design.

Drift originates at the interpretive and decision layer, not the execution layer.
Team input introduces downstream noise that obscures root causes.

By entering this diagnostic, the participant affirms:

they set meaning
they set pace
they set decision finality

If these conditions do not apply, the diagnostic should not be taken.

4. Data Governance

Information submitted is used solely to generate the participant’s diagnostic report.

Specifically:

inputs are processed to produce a personalized Predicate Drift Report
data is not sold, shared, or used for training
results are not benchmarked against other leaders
outputs remain confidential and non-public

This system prioritizes signal integrity and discretion.

5. Post-Diagnostic Determinations

Completion of the diagnostic results in one of three determinations:

Drift is present and structurally resolvable
→ eligibility for Tier 2: Pre-Engagement OS may be granted
Drift is present, but authority or conditions are insufficient
→ no engagement proceeds
Drift severity exceeds safe intervention thresholds
→ stabilization, not OS-level work, is required

Completion does not guarantee further work.
It determines whether further work is structurally justified.

6. Constraint and Pricing Logic

Free diagnostics optimize for participation.
This system optimizes for precision.

Pricing exists to:

protect signal quality
prevent misuse
ensure interpretive seriousness

Pricing functions as a filter, not a revenue tactic.

Unpaid diagnostics maximize volume.
This system constrains access by design.

7. Delivery Standard

The Predicate Drift Report is delivered within 72 hours of diagnostic completion.

This timeline exists to preserve:

interpretive accuracy
internal coherence
diagnostic integrity

Speed without structure produces distortion.
This system does not operate that way.

Canonical Closure

Not all drift should be corrected.
Not all systems are ready for intervention.
This diagnostic exists to determine the difference.
